Pretty random to see an entire LP turned into a wall Display. Thanks to Pete Black for sending through this pic.

Back in 2012 I put out the 4th part of a 4 part project on Double Gatefold Vinyl LP (with a CD included). Limited to 444 copies over half have now sold. To pick up your own copy for £20 (including P&P) you can order from here: http://goforthbrightscenic.bigcartel.com/product/go-fourth-bright-scenic-2×12-lp

That album itself was a long time in the making when recording originally begun 4 years before its eventual completion in 2012. The songs and themes are as such that only really one person left in their own space for as long as it takes to conclude the process; was the only way this album was ever going to work.

The album has slowly garnered an appreciation as people have written to me with support and encouragement.

Additional artwork was added to the Gatefold layout which taken by Rob Mchale - Rob took the cover artwork for the 3 pervious albums.
The 1st disc (Black) is a studio album while the 2nd disc (Red) is a live collaboration recorded in Kobe Japan with Japanese singer, composer, multi-instrumentalist and sound artist – Haco

Producer Russ Russell picked up a copy at a show on the 2015 UK tour and later contacted me to say he is “Loving the Vinyl” describing it as “Very Cool” & “Genius”. This backs up many positive words by french venue Le Grattoir owner Pascal Muller who described the album as “For me, one of the most beautiful albums that I was able to listen to in 2014″.

In Japan the album was described by Chisuzu of the venue Toppers in Chiba emailed to say “We are enjoying your vinyl” and went onto elaborate it as being partly a Psychedelic experience coupled with a Documentary. This is due to a number of interviews collected and included in the recordings.

Anyway I will stop rambling onward and simply say I am overjoyed to hear the album is not reaching deaf ears. It was a mighty undertaking getting the album finished and pressed and to find it is not reaching deaf ears changes so much.

Thank you to all for the support.
