0 Free Entry Show Tonight in Tokyo – The Juke Joint – Roppongi
Most shows in Japan have a very high entry fee. This is just a part of the musical landscape that has become part and parcel of the music scene within the city.
But tonight`s event at the Juke Joint in Roppongi will be one of those rare chances to catch not just me. But any live music for free.
Music will start from about 8pm so if you are local.
Come down and be a part of this musical event.

Back in Spring 2011 I had just returned from touring outside the UK for nearly a year. This had been to Launch the 3rd album ‘Good Times With Evil’ and to return to many of the venues I had visited while touring out the previous 2 albums – and of course to find a few new gem places to play.
However what remained a crying shame was the fact I had not yet shared a stage with the wonderful musicians who worked hard to help me create the ‘Good Times with Evil’ record. Which (like recent release ‘Forth’) was very much a collaborative effort.
With Dave Smale – Keys, Riad Abji – Double Bass, Leon Camfield – Drums and Vicky Flint – Trumpet.
They helped to make the album what it is and so to finally join them on stage was simply a joyful night for us and with a great feeling from the audience we had a blast. Of course also to be in one of our favorite venues Club 85 made it all the more fun 🙂
